Christmas Eve Son drove us to a 'Charity Lights 'Display in Harold Hill, Havering -- as we approached there was a POLICE Range Rover parked NEXT to the house by the small Store -- we drove past and turned round then slowly approached and POLCE had just GONE but pulled over a car down the road--- no doubt people were stopping to see 'The Lights' BUT Police would say " Un-Necessary Journey and NOT ALLOWED in Tier 4 " -- so we parked by the store and took a few quick snaps and drove home at 29.9 MPH in case of any more POLICE about !
