Anyone know of a UK place that makes custom adapters?

I'm trying to connect a microscope to a camera and for various reasons I need a couple of custom adapters made. Would anyone here know of a camera shop/chain/person that I could approach that could do something like this for me?

I've always knocked on the door of local family run engineering companies when I've wanted something bespoke made. Might be worth a try.
